5. Driver Responsibilities

Drivers using DogeRide must:

6. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers using DogeRide must:

  • Comply with all applicable laws during the ride.

  • Refrain from engaging in illegal activities while using DogeRide services.

7. Payment and Fees

  • DogeRide charges passengers for the ride based on distance, time, and any applicable surge pricing.

  • Passengers authorize DogeRide to process payment through the provided payment method.

  • Drivers are compensated through the DogeRide app, with fees deducted for service usage.

  • All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Passengers may cancel a ride at any time before the driver arrives. However, cancellation fees may apply if the ride is canceled after a driver is en route.

  • Drivers may cancel rides for legitimate reasons, including safety concerns.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:
